Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were both spacious and modern, providing all the comforts and amenities expected; however, there were some issues with noise and maintenance. The service was helpful overall, but there were minor hiccups in attention to detail. The location was lovely, although the constant hum of cars from the nearby motorway was a drawback. The dining experience had its ups and downs. The value for money was decent, considering the facilities offered.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfect for a romantic and comfortable getaway. The room was fully carpeted with a large bed and quality furnishings, including a coffee making machine with a box of coffee capsules. The disabled-friendly features such as walk-in showers were a nice touch, but the noise from the front door slamming could be disturbing.
I arrived at the hotel hoping for a quiet and relaxed stay, but it turned out to be the worst experience I've had. The double room was quite noisy, possibly due to the air conditioning or its proximity to the kitchen. Sadly, I can't say much positive about the room.
The hotel is conveniently located only a 45-minute drive from central London, with the charming town of Esher just 10 minutes away offering great dining options. The rooms, though small and lacking drawers, are nicely appointed with standard amenities. The service was efficient and friendly, with lovely dining experiences provided. The location is pleasant and easily accessible, making it suitable for various needs. The dining options offered a wide variety of choices and were of high quality.
The hotel has a beautiful location with lovely gardens, but a car is essential for any journeys. The rooms, although fully booked and the service slow, are as clean as an old hotel can be. The dining experience was good, except for a tough hash brown, and the gardens offer a nice countryside vibe. The price could be considered a bit high for the value provided.
